Your privacy is very important to us. This document defines the privacy policy for the Analytix – Advanced Google Analytics 4 for WordPress plugin and this website. Our company is based in Pakistan.
If you have any questions, contact us and we will try to address them as soon as possible.
Our plugin is compatible with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users. Analytix only reads aggregated, anonymised statistics from Google Analytics GA4 — it does not store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) about your website visitors on our servers.
Analytix connects to the Google Analytics GA4 API on your behalf using OAuth 2.0. The data retrieved (sessions, page views, events, etc.) is displayed exclusively inside your WordPress dashboard and is never sent to or stored on our servers. Your Google credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored only in your own WordPress database.
We use contact forms to receive support requests and general inquiries. Information submitted (name, email, website, message) is sent directly to our team's email inbox and is used solely for responding to your request. We do not use this information for marketing purposes and do not sell it to third parties.
This website uses standard WordPress cookies for session management if you are logged in as an administrator. The Analytix plugin itself does not set any cookies on your visitors' browsers. If you use the built-in GA4 snippet insertion feature, Google Analytics will set its own cookies in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, screenshots). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited that other website. These websites may collect data about you and use cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We collect only information that you voluntarily provide — such as your name and email when you submit a support request or leave a review. We do not collect any highly sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security codes, or ID card numbers. Purchases of Analytix Pro are processed by a third-party payment processor, and we never see or store your payment details.
Analytix accesses your Google Analytics GA4 data through the official Google Analytics Data API. This access is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disclosure: Analytix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Google Analytics data is used solely to display reports inside your WordPress admin — it is not shared with, sold to, or used by any third party.
This website may use standard visitor analytics (e.g. server logs) to understand traffic patterns. No third-party advertising trackers or social login tools are used on this site. If you install Google Analytics on your website using Analytix's snippet feature, Google will collect data according to their own Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of any personal data you have provided to us at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. To revoke Analytix's access to your Google Analytics account, simply disconnect it from the Analytix → Settings page or remove Analytix from your Google account's authorised apps at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We store information electronically using industry-standard security methods. Contact form submissions are delivered to a private email inbox. OAuth tokens that Analytix uses to authenticate with Google are stored exclusively in your own WordPress database and are never transmitted to our servers.
Your Google Analytics data belongs to you. Analytix acts only as a display layer — we do not claim ownership of any data retrieved from your GA4 property. Information you voluntarily share with us (support emails, contact forms) is used solely for providing support and is not shared with any third party.
Although most changes are likely to be minor, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. We encourage you to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of this site or the Analytix plugin after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
