Analytix Pro is sold as a single-site or multi-site license through CodeCanyon (Envato Market). Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required to receive priority support and automatic plugin updates.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key. Each license is for use on the number of sites permitted by the license tier purchased.
Priority support is provided to active Analytix Pro license holders for up to one year from the purchase date. Support is delivered via the Analytix → Settings → Help tab inside your WordPress admin. Responses are sent to the email address associated with your purchase.
Free-version users may post questions on the WordPress.org support forum. To continue receiving priority support after one year, you must renew your license.
Automatic plugin updates are delivered free of charge for one year to active license holders. Updates appear directly in the WordPress admin dashboard. Once your license expires, you will no longer receive automatic updates until the license is renewed.
A 20% renewal discount is available at any time. Approximately two weeks before your license expires, we will send an email with a 30% discount. Renewing during that window locks in the higher saving. After the two-week window, the standard 20% discount applies indefinitely.

We are NOT responsible for issues caused by third-party plugin or theme conflicts, custom code modifications, server misconfigurations, or incompatibilities outside the plugin's stated scope.

Analytix uses the Google Analytics Data API v1 and Google Analytics Admin API via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you authorize Analytix to read your GA4 property data on your behalf. This access is governed by Google API Services User Data Policy. You may revoke this access at any time from Analytix → Settings or via your Google account permissions.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the plugin or this website after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
