Enabling Analytics Under Posts & Custom Post Types

Analytix can display GA4 traffic stats directly below the WordPress post editor for any post type — letting authors see how their individual content is performing without leaving the edit screen.

Enable post-level analytics

  1. Go to Analytix → Settings.
  2. In the Post Analytics section, check the post types you want to show stats under: Posts, Pages, and/or any registered custom post types.
  3. Click Save.

Controlling which sections appear

The same 18 stat sections available on the main dashboard can be independently toggled for the post editor view. Scroll down in Settings to the Under Post Sections grid and check or uncheck each section:

  • Realtime, Countries, City, Region
  • Mobile Devices, Screen Resolution, OS, Browser, Platform
  • Channel Group, Source Medium, Source Platform, Languages, Date-wise Stats
  • Pages, Events, Landing Pages, User Retention
Post-level stats show data filtered to the current post's URL, giving you page-specific sessions, users, and events.
