How to Download the Diagnostic Log

The Diagnostic Log captures plugin errors, API responses, and configuration details. It's the fastest way for our support team to identify your issue.

Download the log

  1. Go to Analytix → Settings → Help tab.
  2. Click Download Diagnostic Log.
  3. A .txt log file will download to your computer.

Submit the log with a support request

When contacting support via the Contact Us page, attach this log file in the Diagnostic Log field. This allows our team to diagnose your issue without needing direct server access.

The log file contains plugin configuration and API error details. It does not contain your Google OAuth tokens, passwords, or any personally identifiable user data.
