Real-Time Analytics — Live Visitor Activity
The Realtime section shows visitors active on your site within the last 30 minutes, pulled live from the GA4 Realtime API.
What's displayed
- Current active users count.
- Sessions by device category (desktop, mobile, tablet) in real time.
- New vs returning users breakdown.
- Sessions by operating system.
Enabling the Realtime section
Go to Analytix → Settings → Dashboard Sections and make sure Realtime is checked.
Realtime data does not respond to the date range picker — it always shows the last 30 minutes regardless of the selected range.
