How to Insert the GA4 Tracking Snippet in One Click

Analytix can inject your GA4 measurement code into every page of your WordPress site without you touching a theme file or using another plugin.

Steps

  1. Go to Analytix → Settings and open the Tracking Code tab.
  2. Toggle Enable GA4 Tracking Code to on.
  3. Click Save.

Analytix will automatically output the gtag.js snippet in the <head> of every front-end page using the Measurement ID from your selected data stream.

When to use this feature

  • You don't already have GA4 tracking code installed via your theme or another plugin.
  • You want a single place to manage tracking — no manual code edits needed.
If you already have GA4 tracking code installed (e.g., via Google Tag Manager or your theme), do not enable this option — you will end up with duplicate tracking and inflated data.
