Why is My Analytics Data Not Showing?
If your Analytix dashboard is empty or showing an error, work through these checks in order.
1 — Check your Google connection
Go to Analytix → Settings → Authentication. Confirm the status shows Connected. If it shows disconnected or an error, click Connect with Google to re-authorise.
2 — Confirm property and stream are selected
Go to Analytix → Settings → Analytics Property and Data Stream. Both must be saved with a valid GA4 property and web stream.
3 — Check your GA4 property has data
Log in to Google Analytics directly. If no data appears there either, the issue is with GA4 tracking on your site — not with Analytix.
4 — New property with no historical data
A brand new GA4 property will have no data until visitors arrive and events are collected. New properties may take 24–48 hours to start showing data.
5 — API quota exceeded
If you're on a high-traffic site, your Google Cloud project's API quota may be exhausted. Check Google Cloud Console → APIs & Services → Quotas for the Analytics Data API.
6 — Download the diagnostic log
Go to Analytix → Settings → Help and download the diagnostic log. Share it with our support team for faster diagnosis.
