Understanding the Conversion Funnel Report
The Conversion Funnel visualises how users move through your defined conversion goals, showing where they drop off at each stage.
How the funnel is built
Each active conversion goal becomes a stage in the funnel. Stages are ordered by their conversion count — the goal with the most completions is Stage 1 (top of funnel). Each subsequent stage narrows.
Metrics per stage
- Conversions — Total event completions for this goal.
- Conversion Value — Total revenue (if a monetary value was assigned).
- Drop-off % — Percentage of users from the previous stage who did not reach this stage.
Activating and deactivating goals
Go to Analytix → Conversion Tracking, find the goal, and toggle its Status between Active and Inactive. Inactive goals are excluded from the funnel view.
