Connecting Analytix with WooCommerce
The E-commerce Analytics module requires WooCommerce to be installed and active on your site. Once it is, Analytix automatically detects it and enables the WooCommerce dashboard.
Requirements
- WooCommerce plugin installed and activated.
- Analytix connected to Google Analytics (GA4 property and stream selected).
Accessing E-commerce Analytics
- Ensure WooCommerce is active.
- Go to Analytix → E-commerce Analytics in the admin menu.
- Select your date range and the dashboard will load automatically.
What you'll see
- Real-Time Dashboard — Today's visitors, today's revenue, active cart watchers, live sales activity.
- Cart Abandonment Funnel — Abandonment rate, checkout drop-off, and overall conversion rate visualised as a pyramid funnel.
- Revenue Cohort Analysis — Customer LTV heatmap by acquisition month/week.
- Platform Visitors — Revenue and visitor breakdown by device platform.
WooCommerce currency settings (symbol, position, decimal places) are automatically imported from your WooCommerce configuration.
