Connecting Analytix with WooCommerce

The E-commerce Analytics module requires WooCommerce to be installed and active on your site. Once it is, Analytix automatically detects it and enables the WooCommerce dashboard.

Requirements

  • WooCommerce plugin installed and activated.
  • Analytix connected to Google Analytics (GA4 property and stream selected).

Accessing E-commerce Analytics

  1. Ensure WooCommerce is active.
  2. Go to Analytix → E-commerce Analytics in the admin menu.
  3. Select your date range and the dashboard will load automatically.

What you'll see

  • Real-Time Dashboard — Today's visitors, today's revenue, active cart watchers, live sales activity.
  • Cart Abandonment Funnel — Abandonment rate, checkout drop-off, and overall conversion rate visualised as a pyramid funnel.
  • Revenue Cohort Analysis — Customer LTV heatmap by acquisition month/week.
  • Platform Visitors — Revenue and visitor breakdown by device platform.
WooCommerce currency settings (symbol, position, decimal places) are automatically imported from your WooCommerce configuration.
