Setting Frequency & Recipients for Email Notifications
Frequency options
Go to Analytix → Email Notifications and set the Frequency field:
- Daily — Sent every day at your chosen time.
- Weekly — Sent once per week on a specific day (e.g., every Monday).
- Monthly — Sent once per month on a specific day of the month.
Adding recipients
The Recipients field accepts multiple email addresses separated by commas. Every address in the list will receive the digest.
Example: owner@site.com, developer@agency.com, client@client.com
Custom subject line
You can set a custom Email Subject for the notifications. This is useful when managing reports for multiple clients.
All notification settings are stored in the WordPress option
agwp_analytix_email_notifications as a serialised array.
