How to Test Your Email Notification

Before relying on the scheduled digest, send a test to confirm the email reaches your inbox correctly.

Send a test email

  1. Go to Analytix → Email Notifications.
  2. Make sure at least one recipient is entered and the sections are configured.
  3. Click Send Test Email.
  4. Check the inbox of the first recipient address in the list.

Email not arriving?

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Verify your SMTP settings in Analytix → Settings → SMTP Settings.
  • Try the Send Test Email in SMTP Settings to isolate whether the issue is with delivery or with notification rendering.
  • Download the Diagnostic Log from Analytix → Settings → Help and check for mail-related errors.
